Dr. Dorinda Rolle, Founder and President of Rolle and Associates, LLC, is a certified executive coach and diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner who is a skilled facilitator, known for her ability to help leaders synthesize visions and goals for their organizations. Dr. Rolle holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
